zTheme is a starter theme of bootstrap. This has a 20 Regions which can be used in multipurpose. Make sure that you have proper backups before updating. Else you may loose your custom changes.

About the zTheme installation using drush
Install Via Drush - Drupal 7drush en -y bootstrap zthemedrush vset theme_default ztheme
Install Via Drush - Drupal 8drush en -y bootstrap zthemedrush config-set system.theme default ztheme
Enable Theme Debug Mode (Only) if Needed
From Settings.php$conf['theme_debug'] = TRUE;
You can enable it with drush using:drush vset theme_debug 1
And disable usingdrush vset theme_debug 0
