Incubator prograde 1.x is a sub-theme of Omega 3, designed for use with the Baha'i Incubator distribution. As are all Omega 3 sub-themes, it is adaptive for different screen sizes and mobile devices. It is integrated with color module, and also has many skin options available through the Skinr Lite module.
This theme probably will not be ported to Drupal 8.
